Christmas music and decorated tree is provided for Christmas rentals.

New Year 2012/13

NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE CABIN. NO PETS. NO CAMPFIRES.
Check in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 11:00 am. $150 refundable damage deposit is required. $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit. Late check out will result in additional charge of one (1) night's rent.
For Reservations: email or call (915) 595-5496. Reservation will be held, but is not guaranteed until security deposit is received. Click here to check availability. A signed rental contract will be required.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, personal check and money order. Deposit guarantees your reservation and must be paid at time of reservation. Please confirm availability in advance by email or phone. Complete payment must be received 14 days in advance of reservation. If making reservation less than 14 days in advance, full payment will be due when reservation is made.
Holiday rentals: full payment must be received at least 30 days in advance to guarantee your reservation. If reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at time of reservation. If full payment is not received on time, reservation may be cancelled and deposit held as non-refundable.
Cancellation policy: Cancel 14 days in advance and receive full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 14 days in advance and deposit is Non-Refundable.
For holiday periods, cancel 30 days in advance and receive full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 30 days in advance and deposit is Non-Refundable.
Number of guests must be guaranteed 7 days in advance (14 for holidays) or no reduction in price if less than reserved number of guests stay.
